We currently have a permanent opportunity for a Recruitment Account Manager to assist the Management of our key accounts in the Grimsby/Boston/Humberside locations.

We are an established and rapidly expanding employment business currently seeing substantial organic growth.

MAIN DUTIES-

Managing a team of account Co-ordinators

Recruitment of temporary Industrial personnel.

Recruitment office based and on client premises

Managing a portfolio of clients

Managing Recruitment advertising and job boards

CV sifting and pre-screening of potential candidates

Placing suitable temps in our clients business

Carrying out inductions on our clients sites

Basic payroll processing

General Admin

You will be working in a friendly team, where you wont be micro managed and you will be free to work in a autonomous manner.

You will receive comprehensive training and there will be plenty of scope to develop your career with us.

Recruitment or HR experience required

As you will be required to visit some clients sites to carry out recruitment in the Grimsby/Humberside/Boston area you will require your own reliable vehicle. Car allowance, and Full mileage expenses paid.
